Teckna Drilling Services provide borehole drilling and ancillary services for environmental landfill drilling, waterwell boreholes and geothermal boreholes for both open & closed loop boreholes.  We are one of the leading drilling companies in these markets with bespoke designed drilling rigs and drilling equipment to suit all methods required for drilling landfill leachate wells, landfill gas wells, water well drilling and geothermal drilling.

Landfill leachate wells & landfill gas wells utilise barrel or flight auger drilling techniques. Water well drilling and geothermal drilling utilises air, air mist, water and mud to suit any ground conditions within the UK with preference being given to water/mud if conditions suit for maintaining site cleanliness for geothermal borehole drilling.

Teckna Drilling offers the experience, specialist knowledge and flexibility to complete your project from the initial site survey through to final installation and commissioning of the waterwell boreholes or geothermal boreholes with equipment to suit most types of site or strata conditions that will be met within the UK.

Borehole drilling services can be offered to private clients requiring one off water well drilling or geothermal drilling projects or to commercial projects requiring the use of multiple drilling rigs and equipment throughout the country.

On completion of the water boreholes, pumps can be fitted to the specifications required and to suit the water boreholes flow rates with all pumps that we install coming from reputable manufacturing companies.

Geothermal pipework can also be installed using our highly skilled staff and specialist equipment and again as with our pumps all materials are sourced from reputable geothermal pipework manufacturers and provided with testing certificates as well as being pressure tested by ourselves prior to installation.

Landfill leachate wells and landfill gas wells can also be connected to the sites existing or new systems with personnel from within Teckna Group, installing pipe work, compressors, pumps and maintaining installed equipment.

All lead drillers are NVQ2 certified in water well drilling, geothermal drilling or landfill drilling methods, with certification for associated plant equipment, first aid, NRSWA, and specialised equipment for electro fusing geothermal pipework or confined spaces with all work being risk assessed before commencement.
