Teckna Drilling offers the experience and specialist knowledge to complete the drilling into landfill conditions utilising a variety of methods that are available such as continuous flight auger, barrel or combination of both for landfill gas wells.
Drilling for landfill leachate wells can be achieved utilising self emptying barrel methods to diameters of 450mm. The borehole can then be temporary cased with 406mm diameter steel casing in bad conditions to enable the borehole stability with the final depth beingachieved by drilling inside the casing as it is advanced to final depths. The permenant pipe and stone pack can then be installed.
